Man!! This looks like like it is just what I need, I've been searching all morning trying to find a jig or angle guide for my files to in order to get the bevel needed. I have gotten lucky on my first knife angles by hand, then hand filling, I can sympthize with stephen, not fun!!! at my age my hands already hurt, but this new bug I't can't resist. Thanks Lang I will start getting the materials together right away to build your jig. I can't wait

Hi Lang, thanks so much for sharing the jig! I'm on a serious budget and this is going to revolutionise a hobby that almost stalled because I hand filled a blade out of 5 mm car spring!

Beautiful job on the bevel jig! I've been trying to learn how to free hand a bevel for close to a year now (and am still not good at it, I'll admit). I also appreciate the links section as well - good information to have. Thanks again!
